This was a gift for my wife and the product is of excellent quality.. The colors look better than the pictures and the bag itself is quite rugged. I would definitely recommend buying this.

It's an average product. In image shown it's looks classy but in actual the jute cloth used is looking cheap and spoiling it's quality. It's not bad but Not much happy

I am writing this review after using this product for 8 months. The product is good in touch feels very sturdy but to only drawback I felt Were the handles. After months of usage the handle suddenly broke off Then I have to get them stitched by the local vendor. Product is spacious. Zip sort of good mechanism. It requires less maintenance like washing you just can wipe it with a wet cloth.Value for money though.

It's just an ok bag, definitely not worth the 2k price.But yes, it is spacious enough to fit your laptop and few other small things.After using for a week,the zip broke,can't fix it back too. Not value for money

I liked the product but I’m not satisfied with the quality of the chain that is used in the front pocket. And the stitching is worth mentioning. It’s very clean.Overall a good buy but Zouk needs to improve the quality of the front chain. Thanks!
