I am 5' 8" female and I weigh around 148 pounds. I ordered an XL and it works great. I bought an XXL for my boyfriend who is 5' 6" and weighs about 190 pounds. They are long in the jacket but they work great for the elliptical and stair machine cardio that we do at the gym.We originally ordered the "trash bag" style and sized up on those but we both ripped out the crotch/legs area in our first session. We are in a 20 week prep and thought if we have to buy new ones every week at $12 a suit...ugh.These are worth the money but sizing up is a great idea so you have room in them.

Thankfully, I read the comments before I purchased it and decided to order a size up. Since I wear my other workout clothes underneath to help me sweat more. The sweatsuit is comfortable and mine didn't smell like some of the reviewers mentioned in their reviewers.

Everything is good except the pants size. I first ordered a large. The jacket was a perfect fit but the large pants ehhhh not so much. They fitted like skinny jeans. So i sent the large back and got an XL. Again the jacket was a good, gave me extra moving space. The pants however didn’t seem like they went up much…..i wish you can mismatch tops and bottoms to better fit ya body type. I’m 5’6 205lbs and stocky.

Waste of money, time and truly disgusting product. I got the product and when I opened the box my room instantaneously smelled like rotten fish. Then I took it out of the zip lock bag and it got unfathomably worse. If it was used before I’d like to text that person to go to the doctor drink water something that person is a ogor.

Works well BUT suit has a chemical odor ??

Great product, Fits too tight, does not allow enough movement. So if your muscular, I suggest purchasing a size up.

I got this for my husband fits well

Don’t go too hard if alone, almost fainted trying to see how much I could sweat … but if used correctly you can really shed some water weight and burn fat ! Great durability, downside is it smells like a fish market when you first open it … had to air it out in the garage for a couple days before using it. Easy to wash

Utilissima per sudare tanto e velocemente.Non male anche il design. Non usare se la temperatura è troppo alta.
