Fixed sticking Mansfield toilet valve
I thought I had to replace the entire valve in my Mansfield toilet because it was sticking and requiring a lot of effort to flush. Turned out the original seal had degraded. Replacing the seal with this product fixed the problem! You do not need to remove the valve to replace the seal. Just turn the water off, free the plunger (see YouTube videos), pull the old seal off and pop this new on. Literally a two minute job!
