I have 2 cats ,one is 24lbs and the other 21lbs. Mainecoon /Ragdoll breed.They are 9 yrs old,both are adjusting going out in a secure environment. I am overall pleased with this harness. I do wish however that it wasnt so wide in the front at the throat area. Safety is a big issue as well as comfort for them. I would not try to fit on a cat ANY LARGER THAN inch chest though! This was the only one that I found doing ALOT of research. They are my therapy cats and I wanted to do something very special for them for all that they do for me, and that is to let them enjoy some of the outdoors. So far so good! Sometimes finding affordable products like this for big cats is a little hard.

My cat is big-boned (and maybe 1.5 pounds overweight.) The large fit him like a corset, and he slipped out of the extra-large. It covered too much of his body, which freaked him out. Additionally, this didn't work for my cat who is older and has spent years outdoors without a harness. After a move, he has to be on a harness, but this is not the one for him. I would have to say maybe from kittenhood. Based on all the reviews, I really wanted this to work for him. I was really disappointed.

Good thick material. Durable washable cotton. I have had one for my smaller cat for a few years now. I decided to try it on my big boy... it didn't really work... so I got this one for him. Fits great, he was borderline L and XL. I went for the larger so he had room to grow. Fits great!

I and my cat love this Holster/Harness. Very easy to put on and take off and the material is lightweight and comfortable. Has some of the same soothing effects of a Thunder Shirt. Sizing was spot on.
