Beautiful wooden box exactly what I wanted. It is not very deep but that’s fine because I’m using it as a remote box (Roku remote,etc. this will not fit a standard size remote) This would also work as a trinket or diy jewelry box if you can find a mirror for the lid. I would definitely buy again!

I bought this item as "used/like new". It was shipped in a plastic mailer without an outer packaging box or any padding. IDK if they are all sent this way, or if it was just mine, because I bought it used. In addition, the shipping bag arrived ripped open, exposing the unwrapped box. The packaging was careless, and my item could have easily been lost in the mail, so one star off for shipping.The description did not mention any blemishes; however, it did come with some chipped paint, which I very quickly and easily touched up. The wood is very light craft wood, but it IS real wood, not MDF. The box has no lining. The hidden hinges are nice, making the box look sleek on the outside. No chemical smells, as sometimes can be the case. Still, for the quality, it wasn't worth more than the 33% discounted amount that I paid, and if I'm being honest, it's probably REALLY worth less than that. If I were to have bought new for the higher price, I would have been very disappointed with the quality vs what I paid. Overall okay, but wanted to share the experience with others who might be considering this item.

This is a lot smaller than I originally thought, so I guess that’s my fault. Pretty expensive for how small it is and you can’t store much in it.
