I purchased these for my pool/garden area. I love them. I spend a great deal of time in my garden and it is nice to work with music softly sounding in the backyard

I bought six of these to use around my pool. Pairing them was pretty simple, but I've had to pair all the satellites back to the master several times over the last 5-ish months that I've had them.It lists the the bluetooth range as "about 30+ feet". Interesting that they use the term "about" in there, as well as the "+". In my usage, I have a couple of them a touch over 20 feet from the master, and they will briefly garble for a couple of seconds (usually near the beginning of a song) for a couple of seconds and then clear back up. This happens a few times an hour probably, but it's not a party-ending interruption or anything. It is well worth that minor issue to be able to place them all around the pool without having to run wires.The solar charging has worked well so far. I've never plugged them in and have run them for as long as 7 continuous hours without them failing. I do live in Arizona where the sun is in no short supply. If anything fails, it is likely to be the batteries. The batteries are replaceable and the instructions for (and specific specs of) replacing the batteries are included.Overall, they have very good sound and work well. I'm docking one star because of the "about 30+ feet" bluetooth being closer to 20 feet -on level ground with no obstructions- in my experience. I've recently purchased a pedestal to place the master on to see if that increases the range and reduces the occasional garbling. But I shouldn't have to do that at 2/3 of their listed range.

Guys I am a speaker snob lol. My entire house and movie theater is Sonos. I wanted something that won't be too loud outdoors throughout my yard. I purchased 8 of these things and they are spread throughout my yatd. They all sinc together, recharge nice with the solar panel. When I walk ou to my back yard with my phone in mypocket they automatically connect to my phone by saying connected. For the money I give it a go for sure. I also have a lot of fake rocks in my yard as well from Universalrocks.com and they blend in very nicely.

I've had these for a few months now and they are junk. We set them outside in our patio area, we followed all directions making sure to turn them off and keep the cover closed on the back to make them waterproof, and the rain has completely made them stop working. They will not turn on or anything. That was a waste of 160 for a few months. I highly recommend you go with something else. The first rain or 2 they may work but after that you are doomed and it's pasted my return period so I'm just stuck with trash.

This is was an easy to connect BlueTooth Rock Speaker. I really like the look of the speaker and blends well with my other outdoor Rocks. It blends in nicely with my backyard, the sound quality is 10 out of 10. I haven't needed to recharge it at all so the solar seems to be working great. I highly recommend this product!

Got this to use near our swim Spa. Charged it with USB cord when first got it. Since then have left it outside and have not had to recharge it. The sound is better than I expected. We use it for an hour to hour and a half each time, does not seem to affect battery. Does not look too much like a real rock, but my wife likes it between some bushes. Would recommend this speaker

Storm broke. Worked great before that

The first set we purchased arrived broken to pieces, likely due to being beat up in shipping. We received a refund and purchased another set and so far they’ve been outside by the pool working nicely. The two are the perfect loudness on opposite ends of our 16x32 pool. I did have to pair them while they were close to one another before placing them on opposite ends but now they connect no problem when turned on.
