2/12 came opened
Unfortunately out of the 12 ordered, 2 came open and cannot be used. I needed exactly 12. Now I need to go buy more and I don’t see an option to request a refund or replacement.

PRODUCT NOT AS ADVERTISED!
Description specifically states: "This pack includes 6 - 0.43 ounce packets of Cherry Yum Fun Dip and 6 - 0.43 ounce packets of RazzApple Fun Dip." Clearly, that is not was received. I needed 5 of each so now I'll have to order more for 1 blue packet. If you don't care which flavors you receive, this is fine as there's nothing wrong with the actual product. But don't specifically state what you'll be sent if that's not accurate!!! (On a side note, the "magnet" is nothing more than a sticker. Once again, FALSE ADVERTISING.)
