I love these!
Bought them for wife but I Use them every few months. I seem to feel better the day after and you can see the toxins on the pad when you remove them so they do work

Bad Adhesion. MUCH Smaller than Shown
I had hopes, but this product is not useful since the adhesive is only about a half inch larger on each side than charcoal patch, so naturally it can’t hold the charcoal in place. The ad shows the adhesive wrapping around the foot and adhering to the side. Not true, unless your feet are, let’s say, size four. I’m going to try to apply bandage tape or kinesiology tape to see if that holds the patch. Maybe that will work.
