Good book, shows real toilet
I never imagined it would be so hard to find a potty training book that shows using a real toilet! This book delivers!! Like the other reviews state, the pull tabs are a little flimsy, but with my help my kiddo is doing ok with them.

My son's favorite book about the potty
In preparation for potty training we purchased four different potty training books for my 32 month old son. This so far has been his favorite. I guess the genius is its simplicity and the fact that he can interact with it. Each page has a pull tab or door to open. He loves the page where it talks about pulling down his underwear and then he can pull the underwear down with the pull tab (apparently this is hilarious). Also there is a page where you lift up the lid of the toilet and there is pee inside (good job superhero) and with another tab he can "flush" it. He opens the book just for this page and flushes again and again. Has this done much to teach him? Probably not, but it has been an incredible help in getting him excited and interested in the potty. We are planning on getting him a cape for potty time so that he can be like a superhero on the potty.I've noticed that many potty training books are focused on the little potty that is just for kids. My son has no interest in that, but a great interest in the big potty. I appreciate that this book uses the big potty.

Great content, but the pull tabs are flimsy.
The content of this book is great; my two-year old son loves to "flush" the pee away and says, "bye bye pee pee!" every time. It definitely has him interested in the potty and does a great job explaining how the process works. It also gives an extra boost by encouraging boys to be "superheroes" and go in the potty. But, the pull tabs are flimsy. I reinforced them with packing tape to keep them from tearing. By the second day, my son easily removed the toilet paper tab and I had to tape it back together and re-insert it. Now, we keep this book up high where he can't reach it and only let him read it when my husband and I can supervise. We also have "Potty" by Leslie Patricelli. My husband and I, as well as our son, all like that one a little better.

Almost Perfect.......
Both my toddler and I really liked this book! It was his favorite of the 2 other we bought (Everybody Potties and No more diapers for ducky) My son loves interactive books so I’m not surprised it was his favorite. I really like the steps it teaches on going to the pottty, like pulling undies down, using toilet paper, flushing and washing hands. The pull flaps are super cute HOWEVER, they are not good quality!:( They are thin and hard to pull and I can see they will easily rip since my son is pretty rough with his books. I would love to see this book remade to be thicker and more sturdy because it’s a super cute book!

Go, Superhero Go! A nice aid for potty training
There wasn't much information about this book on Amazon, so I purchased it a bit blindly, trying to use my son's superhero obsession to get us through the challenges of potty training. (I purchased it with the books, Super Friends Potty Time Power and Super Pooper!, which are also great). Not knowing what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised by the books many cute tabs/ interactive features. The Superhero runs to the bathroom -- so your kid has to open the door; the superhero has to go potty -- so your kid has to lower his underwear with a pull tab; the superhero needs toilet paper -- so your kid has to pull down the toilet paper tab; the superhero has to flush -- so your kid has to push the flush tab; the superhero has to wash his hands -- so your kid has to pull down the water tab in the sink; and then ends with a superhero dance and "go, superhero, go!" My favorite line is that a superhero "never pees on his cape." So true. Cute and worth it for what we needed.

Great potty training book!!!
My Early Head Start kids love this book! I read “Super Hero Potty Time” to my Toddler class and I explained in my own words the importance of using the potty 🚽 and then shortly after we had finished reading the book, all of my 2 year olds wanted to sit on the toilet and wear pull ups! Lol... They love the pictures in the book and the pull/flaps while reading the story!

Great book for toddlers
My son loves this book! He asks to read it all the time.I only wish the pull tabs were a bit more thoughtful for toddler use - they’re a little hard for him to pull down and move and he’s accidentally broken one of them (and my husband broke another #facepalm). I was able to tape the piece back on to be useable but it’s kind of awkward to use now.

BEST potty book
I have about 7 potty books (I just keep buying them).... this book is exactly what I was looking for. It’s simple and focuses on what happens when you potty. Showing the pee pee in the potty was very important and he loved flushing the pee away. While this book obviously didn’t potty train my kid he’s more interested. There isn’t a book out there that’s like this. The interactive parts and simplicity are perfect. I like that it shows a REAL potty. Many books show a potty chair but that’s hard because allmpotty chairs look different.

Potty Training
I was very disappointed with this book there was no potty in the story it was a normal grown up toilet and trying to relate that object with the potty I was trying to get my 2 year old to use was impossible. He also was not very interested in the story. I don't think it helped in anyway.

Helpful when trying not to use an actual potty
We decided not to use a potty as my sons nursery don't use them so I this book helped as although they call it potty time, the superhero is using a toilet. I just substituted the word potty for toilet when reading so as not to confuse things.my son loves that he is a superhero after he has used the toilet successfully and the flushing page is a particular favourite. recommended

Cute Potty Book
I bought this book for my three year old son. He likes it. It's a cute read. I find that the tabs are a little difficult to pull on some of the pages but after a bit of practice my son is getting better at it. I recommend this book for any kid who needs something to do while sitting on the throne.

just okay
Most of the pull tabs ripped immediately. I would have liked if they made the book a little sturdier because of the age of the children likely to be reading it with their parents. It's very short, but has cute pictures. I probably wouldn't reccomend this book.

Such a great book for kids who love superheros and those learning to potty train.
My 2yo loves reading this book on the potty! The pull down flaps have gotten a little wear and tear to them as he's not the most gentle kid. Would recommend to anyone in the early potty training stages or newly potty trained kid.
