Loved The taste I am very happy it’s clean ingredients I made very yummy waffles with this mix with fresh Fruit I highly recommend it for sensitive digestive system this is perfect Especially if you only could have gluten free food and you would think all those extra ingredients would take away the fluffiness or the taste of making waffles or pancakes well I put the mixture in my waffle maker and it was just his fluffy and held well together and great taste I actually intend to buy more it’s got everything removed in the ingredients or I’m able to tolerate an able to digest and enjoy this product the only suggestion I make is come in a bigger size bags I ordered two quantities but it would be a good idea to get one big box size of this it may cost a little bit more because it’s it’s a clean form of ingredients battling an auto immune disease I have to be gluten-free dairy free everything that needs to be removed in order for me to not have a digestive flare up this is the perfect product to purchase if it came in bigger box size I would pay the extra price it’s worth it to me it’s so complicated to have to eat things that are dairy free gluten-free restrictions so you don’t create a flareup in the digestive track and it’s refreshing to have waffles or pancakes and not have that uncomfortable bloating and not digesting properly you can totally tell the difference when you eat things that you have sensitivity digesting all the gluten and dairy it’s a miserable feeling versus a product that removes all that your body can’t digest properly and I believe this is a great pancake and waffle mix and it digested perfectly in my digestive track it was yummy in my tummy LOL as a matter fact I am getting ready to probably order a few more of this item I even got my husband that doesn’t have stomach issues try it out and he loved it if I could put more than five stars I would put 10 stars… Blessings to all

These were delicious. I was so pleasantly surprised. They tasted and had the texture of real pancakes. Since my boyfriend and I are on the Dr. Gundry Plant Paradox diet, it's extremely difficult to find any bread-type mix (or nutrition bar, etc etc) that doesn't contain at least one item on his 'no' list. Paleo mixes usually end up with either chia or pumpkin seeds at minimum. This blend was perfect. What I hadn't noticed until I was about to mix them was that there was already a touch of maple syrup in the mix. Since we had no maple syrup in the house, I was already wondering what to put on a pancake. Would it be good with just goat milk butter and nothing else? Yes and yum. That alone was delicious and tasted like... pancakes! I also enjoyed one with a bit of low sugar lingonberry jam.My only disappointment - the bag is too small. We made a little over half the bag and only got 6 small pancakes. The bag will be empty after next time. Please make a larger bag. Will I buy again? Absolutely. I highly recommend. Thank you for making a very satisfying product that meets our dietary needs! FYI - I've been purchasing from Amazon for many years and this is my very first review.

It took me three times before I could really make a good pancake with this product. But, it was worth the wait. One time I put fresh blueberries in the batter. Other times I have crushed walnuts. Also, even though the recipe did not call for it, I added either avocado oil work a little bit of coconut oil in the batter. This made it much easier did not stick to the pan. I also used coconut spray or a little bit of avocado oil on the pan as well. (Paleo eaters can have a bit of maple syrup too).

I use this for pancakes and waffles. It's quick and yummy according to the package directions. These small tweaks make your morning transcendent: Add one egg per cup of mix - this makes the pancake/waffle hold together better. Use milk instead of water and/or sub in vanilla yogurt for half the liquid. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract. Num! When I make these additions I honestly cannot tell they are grain-free. The only downside to this mix is the small bag size and the high price - but nuts are expensive so I understand.

Having a pancake mix that I feel good about eating and feeding my family is not easy to find. We tried this mix and finished the whole bag in one meal because the pancakes were so delicious. I couldn't believe how easy it is to make. Just add water, mix and pour in the pan. The pancakes turned out perfect. Did not stick to the pan, did not fall apart, just perfect. I love when companies take the effort to make healthy foods so we can enjoy our meals while keeping our bodies clean of unhealthy ingredients. Thank you MuffinElse for making such a great mix.
