Great option for creating an alternate water supply in RV
I install this just before the intake of the water pump on an RV. In times when my fresh tank is empty but I do have water in one of those large Blue jugs I can just place the hose in The jug and turn the valve and the water goes straight into the water pump and ultimately to the faucets. It's worked really well as a convenience for emergency water. I can say the longevity is not that great because I've had to replace one that was a year old. I will still continue to buy these as it's a great tool for boondocking.

Not useable on Winnebago campers with Standard garden hose connectors
FYI - I don’t know what size this is, but it doesn’t fit the standard US garden hose connections on a Winnebago or Thor camper. So it was useless for winterizing my RV when I needed it.

The flow arrow is backwards
The arrow on the brass fitting goes towards the fill tank it is backwards. Not towards the pump like you would commonly think. Crazy
