Kleinn Remote Start 2018-2023 Jeep JL/JLU, 2020-2023 JT with Remote keyless Entry - with Programmer

Fairly easy to install. Unfortunately the instructions are not always correct for the unit you receive. I installed this In a friend's jeep and the start sequence said to use lock, unlock, lock to start the vehicle and it was actually lock x3 to start it. It's not mentioned anywhere in the instructions that the start sequence may vary.I then ordered a second rsjl2 for my wife's jl and installed it with the start sequence in the instructions saying lock x3 will start the vehicle when it was actually L,U,L . After speaking to a new hire, customer service representative, I believed that it was possible to restart the programming and choose the start sequence . Unfortunately this is not the case and you're only allowed one decryption without the assistance of IT support during normal business hours. I now have to wait till Monday to have it reset and then I can program it a second time. It's common practice for people to uninstall and reinstall when they encounter a bug and not having the ability to decrypt more than once made this an unsuccessful attempt to install correctly. This product should come with a qr code to take you to an updated installation video and bulletins to notify customers of these changes and programming limitations . Send qr stickers to vendors so they can be affixed to existing products on shelves. Overall it's a breeze to install but you need to know not to try and reprogram it if your start sequence isn't working or you encounter other programming issues. One decryption per unit without IT support. Good luck hope this helps. I do recommend this product. Could have been a 15 minute job tops.
