I had been searching for a good chair for home office for quite a few weeks I'd day. My budget was around 150-180 quids. But all the chairs in this bracket have had disappointing reviews and clearly i would never pay 300 or 400 for a other chairs with good reviews lol. At one point i thought i will never get a good chair at this price.But one day, out of now where I stumbled upon this chair. It only had 20 odd reviews but the only that was common in all those reviews was that all of them were 5 stars. And the chair was within my budget.I took no time and ordered it. Now hoping desperately to not get disappointed upon delivery. The box was messy as if it had been stored for a long time in a moistureized environment. But as soon as I was taking the parts, the feel of the parts in my hand felt unreal. The quality felt so good as it was worth a 500 quid chair.The instructions were easy, so took me half an hour to assemble it. Pretty straightforward I'd say. So here is the moment when I sat on chair, it felt really comfortable. I'm 5'-11" so i needed a alot of space and it surely does provide that.The headrest is pretty good as well. The only thing that I would have lived without is the movement of armrests. Up and down movement is fine. But it moves forward and back as well. Plus rotates a bit as well sideways which i personally don't like. But anyways no complains.Worth the price! 5 stars

Firstly it is comfy, wasn't too much of a pain to assemble and I like how the arm rests adjust. BUTit now has this horrible squeaky creak that I can't seem to fix which is really disappointing and highly annoying!NB: I do use this chair with a lumbar support cushion as well.

Purchased this office chair primarily for is adjustability features, which are crucial for managing my joint issue, providing extra support, and ensuring I'm comfortable and injury-free during long hours in front of the computer.*** Manageable for shorties ***I'm 5'1, so it's a bit big/tall for me, but it's manageable and the best option I came across for a shorter person. Even on the lowest setting, I have to sit on the front lip of the chair for my feet to barely touch the ground, so most of the time I use different foot rests. The headrest is slight too high (the back of my head rests on where a regular sized person's neck would be), but it's comfortable enough and most importantly provides support and doesn't strain my neck.*** Highly adjustable ***As advertised the chair is highly adjustable:- lumbar support (up/down)- headrest (up/down)- armrests (up/down, inward/outward angles, forward/backward)- tilt/recline can be locked in any angle- tile/recline tension can be adjusted*** Good customer support ***After 3 months, the seat height is stuck on the lowest setting. The chair has been used gently and it's unclear why this happened. However, customer service responded minutes after I notified them of the issue and within hours they had mailed out a replacement gasket to fix the issue. The quick response and turnaround time for addressing the issue is definitely much better than most customer support teams.

I have been looking for a new office chair for about 6 months now but I couldn't find one that ticked all the boxes. I needed adjustable back support, a high back, wide seat with cushioning and adjustable arm rests. I needed the arm rests to move up and down to make them higher and also side to side to be able to support the angles that I work (I am an artist).This chair covers everything on my wish list and more! It is very comfortable and the back support is excellent. You can also move the head rest up and down which is an added bonus as I am very tall. For the price I was surprised to find this beauty. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a first class office chair. Arrived so quickly and was easy to assemble. Took 10 minutes. So there you have it... get one!

Seat almost deflates fells like I’m sitting on a metal plate and arm rests have started to fall apart very upset with the quality I want my money back

I ordered this chair as I was sitting on a dining room chair in my 'new' bedroom office.It arrived ahead of sheduled target.I found it very easy to put together with everything needed supplied.YES it is very comfortable !Very pleased with my choice of chair, as I was considering more expensive ones.Now ordered a floot mat to stop it getting locked into carpet idents !

It is very comfortable. Very easy to build. I got it with an offer, the price was great.It's not the best chair in the world, but for the price it's VERY GOOD.

The problem I have is that there are a couple of bolts missing, these attached the back of the seat to the seat I was told and I accepted to have replacement bolts sent out to me. That was five days ago and they haven’t turned up yet I will write another review when I have been able to use the chair
