We dislike this product especially the tool did not match and could not able to fix or replace the battery. It must have special tool. Please look at the photos careful since we have the samsung watch 4!!! The tool you ship to us. It is standard tool for the other watch.

Unless you like charging your watch every 2 days. Don't buy this. The battery has no life in it. It has to be charged every 2 days and that's without using Bluetooth or any other extra feature.

The seller was fantastic. Wonderful presentation, splendid tools and easy to follow instructions. Battery life like new really impressive. A short time later I discovered my bt range was almost nothing after the new battery as well as wifi. Took my watch apart again to see if I'd done something obvious but there doesn't appear to be anything to change (like an antenna placement or something that could account for the severely reduced reception) I was very pleased with everything up to that point. My phone bt would work around my house through multiple levels even as well as the wifi now my phone has to be in my pocket for it to connect and unless I'm 5 feet from my router it won't connect either. Terrible. I can't even use my bt headphones paired with the watch ( I bought the watch originally for running without having to have my phone with me but wanted gps and on board music. Thats not possible now)Seller, if you have any ideas I'm all ears and will try anything. Cheers.

Installation went well, but after powering the watch on, after about 1 min the the back face gets very hot and the watch automatically shuts down. I have emailed the manufacturer but no response. So I guess I'll be returning this defective product.Update : i replaced the old battery and the watch still overheats, so the issue is not the new battery, but rather a failed hall sensor.

Fait très bien le travail, outils de qualité de base, explications complètes. Au moins aussi efficace que la pile d'origine.
