The motorbike is awesome. My kids love it. We had a small issue with the charger not working. It was replaced quickly once we contacted service. Very pleased with the entire experience.

[8/19/2024 Update]Hiboy reached out and they were able to find the part and shipped it to me and have rectified the situation. My son loves the bike but I do feel some of the cheap plastic parts should be removed or replaced with higher quality materials.—————————————————————I'm writing to share my experience with Hiboy customer service after my 6-year-old son's electric bike kickstand broke. The bike was purchased on Amazon on April 29, 2023, and the kickstand broke in early June 2023 through normal use.I contacted Hiboy customer service on June 14, 2023, and was told to send videos and pictures of the broken kickstand. I did this on June 18, 2023. Hiboy then responded by saying that the kickstand had broken due to misuse, but they did not provide any evidence to support this claim. They also said that I would need to take the bike to a bike shop to have the kickstand repaired, and then they would issue a refund of some sort.I do not have a vehicle that I could use that would fit the bike, so I am unable to take the bike to a bike shop. I also find it unacceptable that I have to pay for repairs to a bike that is only 4 months old.I am disappointed that Hiboy is not willing to replace the kickstand under warranty. I have read many positive reviews about Hiboy products, and I was expecting more from a company that claims to care about customer experience.I'm sharing my experience so that other potential Hiboy customers can be aware of the potential for poor customer service. I would recommend considering alternative products from companies that have a better track record of customer satisfaction.Thanks for reading.

I had an issue with the flywheel breaking and the customer service was quick to respond. They offed the parts and emailed instructions. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Can't say enough good things about this electric dirt bike. Super easy to assemble. Works great. Son loves it. Battery lasts for several rides and charges quickly. Son discovered the speed selector switch so now he is really ripping around.

I got this for my 5 yr old. He loves it. I had an issue with the first bike and the company contacted me directly and sent me a new bike. It has plenty of power for my 8 yr old also. Good buy

Grandson loved electric dirt bike but only worked for six weeks!

Well my son REALLY enjoyed this while it lasted but sadly it didn’t last long. We purchased it end of July, gave it to him first week of august and by beginning of October it stopped charging , tried buying a replacement charger and that didn’t work leading me to believe it’s something with either the charging port or the battery. I’ve called the company twice so far and sent two separate emails but have not heard back from them . What a waste of money and my son is so disappointed
