No idea what was wrong with my last review but Amazon has refused it - anyway, I like that it has copper included as too much zinc depletes copper - I've got the whole family in it now as we are in the middle of ‘cold season’. The tablets are easy to take - blue little discs that go down easily enough and have the added benefit of no silicon dioxide or magnesium stearate😀

As the other products from this brand, I can't fault it, on subscription as there is no other product to compete with this.
