It does what it should does kinda feel on the cheap side but works just fine

It’s not cheap- the same good quality of all the other ones I’ve purchased and lost. The bit still wants to come out as much as the others have but it feels slightly sturdier

The only issue I have with this is it gets stuck in the liquid line valve. Other than that it works well

The service wrench arrived a few days ahead of the expected delivery date. The quality of the tool seems to be ok, but I'd have to use it for a while to give my true opinion of it. Otherwise I'd say the vendor has done a quality service.

Purchased this wrench Jan 14/21, it's now jan28/23 and the thing finally died on me, will not ratchet, the mechanism is locked up and no amount of wd40 , oil or smacking off a brick wall will free it up, still works as a wrench but defeats the purpose. But, for daily use as a new construction installer, 2 years for less then 20 bucks isn't a bad deal, no issues with the bit other then it not fitting into the lennox 3/8 service valves, I carry an Allen wrench for that, anyways, I'm about to purchase another because I think it's worth it, hope this helps

These press fit wrenches are a handy addition to any man’s tool box.I have had several over the years and seems to me...they were better quality.The drive gear on the one I received is a bit wobbly.It’s still serviceable but just not as inspiring to use as the older models.of long ago.Still a good buy....
