Por desgracia, al probarlo la primera noche descubro que los pequeños tubos que distribuyen el agua por la superficie de encima de la cama, me molestan mucho y no puedo dormir. Supongo que los fabricantes no han encontrado mejor forma de distribuir el agua mediante una red de tubos mucho más fina y extensa. Imagino que eso exigiría un motor más potente y más cantidad de agua pero mejoraría mucho la sensación al apoyo y la distribución del frescor. Quizá se pueda en un futuro próximo sin aumentar mucho el consumo eléctrico y el ruido. También echo mucho de menos instrucciones en español.

We were not sure of two MEs (75 cm wide) would fit on on 180 cm bed (separate mattresses), but it fits perfect as the holding bands go over the length of the mattresses instead of around the corners. My device is very silent if on the lowest mode, my husband’s not so much, but he has it on the coolest setting. My heart rate is much steadier since using the chillipad and I sleep shorther, but steadily more deep. It takes about half an hour in the hot weather to chill to around 10 degrees Celsius, which I think is fast enough.

1. It makes more noise than the AC. But at least most smart ACs have a function for sleep to make 0 noise. Even most fans make less noise than this. So to say it's very noisy, and no chance of falling asleep with this noise.2. When it cools the water it generates a lot of heat in the air, defeating the purpose of cooling in the summertime.3. The Android app is a pain. No matter how hard I try different phones, I cannot find the Ooler device to pair.4. The support team is not helpful at allIn conclusion, I'm so disappointed. Do not listen to reviews on youtube, this device is not worth it, just buy a smarter AC unit.

I purchased the OOLER Chilipad with high hopes for improving my sleep quality during warmer nights. Initially, the concept seemed promising, offering a convenient cooling system that easily integrates with my existing mattress. However, my experience was marred by a persistent and worsening rattling noise that emerged shortly after purchase. Despite multiple returns for repair, the problem persisted, significantly disrupting sleep—the very issue it was meant to alleviate.To add to the frustration, once the warranty period expired, the customer service solution was to sell me a new unit rather than addressing the defective product I already owned. Considering the premium price point, I expected a durable, long-lasting solution, but it fell short. Regrettably, I cannot recommend the OOLER as a viable long-term investment for those seeking a cooling sleep system.

Unfortunately similar to a lot of other reviews.Worked okay for 4 days (I set it to 16 and it cooled to 17/18) however since day 5, it now won’t get below 20c, which is a far cry from the 13c it says you can select.It’s a shame as it’s great when it works. But 4 days is unacceptable.I’m only 50kg (8 stone) so it’s not like there’s heavy weight on the tubes.Awaiting a reply from them!They need to make it properly functional, so it does what it says on the tin!
