I purchased the toaster and received my product quickly in a secured package. Directions, Safety Warnings and Warranty Information was included in packaging. Shipping was fast and there was no damage to the product. I have toasted bread, bagels, English muffins, frozen bagels and poptarts. Each item toasted well. The Redmond temperature guide for doneness was accurately portrayed in the flyer. Items were hot and had a good crunch based on doneness when the cooking cycle was finished. The toaster is lightweight and the shape of the toaster makes it easy to store on my countertop or in my cabinet. The crumb tray is sufficient in length and glides easily in/out of the toaster. The toaster is perfect for your primary residence or we will be using this in our camper. I would definitely purchase this toaster again. This product is a good value for the features the toaster provides and the price point.

It gets the job done. The slots are wide enough for bagels - I’ve also done frozen waffles. It works great! I really like the dials on the face instead of on the end(like most are).the matte black doesn’t stand out. And it’s easy to clean. Great value

I was searching for a toaster that would fit slices of rye bread and brown both sides evenly. This is the perfect one!Toasts both sides just how we like them. It’s easy to adjust the level for the ideal toasting. Bagels were great - toasted on the inside and warm on the outside.The color and style looks great on my kitchen counter.

Small on the counter, priced right, works fine, and it toasts bread. What more could a person ask for?

I spent a lot of time comparing toasters, and not only on Amazon.All of them in this lower price range had their share of negative reviews, so at some point you have to take a leap.I'm not going to claim that this one works to perfection, but it is perfectly adequate in function and has features that none of my previous toasters had: cancel button, lifting handle, crumb drawer, bagel setting, etc.I chose this one primarily because of the controls being on the front in our setup - next to the stove and against the wall.It's simple and looks great.I hope someone is still making one like this the next time we need a new toaster.

High quality and wide slots. I really like the design and color. Very easy to use. I appreciate the way the cord can be mostly hidden by wrapping it on the slots underneath the toaster. Makes it look neater sitting on the counter with no tangled up cords. It’s actually the nicest toaster I’ve ever owned. This would be a great gift for a bridal shower!

My needs were simple: a toaster that would "brown" evenly, and one that would toast bagels on one side only. First toaster: a disaster. Bagel burned on both sides. Second toaster, a Cuisinart which I reviewed in another posting on Amazon: bagel unevenly browned on both sides, toast burned on the bottom, left untoasted on the top. What's a poor guy to do? Desperate, I returned to Amazon reviews, and "took a chance" on the Redmond toaster. It came packed very well. It toasted a bagel On One Side, with even browning top to bottom. It toasted my rye bread nice and even. SIGH. Finally! A toaster I can eagerly recommend!

UPDATE: After writing my review, the company reached out to me to send me a new toaster. This one seems to be working as promised so I have updated my stars to reflect. Customer service was great and this is a really classy looking toaster.I really like the look of this toaster and wanted to love it, but every time I’ve used this I have to toast it twice. I like my toast lightly browned so I started in between 3 and 4. I tried it on 5 this morning and still had to put it back in again. My husband likes his on the darker side, so he has to do 6 and then do again. Very disappointed.
