Books were good quality and arrived sooner than expected. The texts themselves are confusing to find information within in the context of my class.

I received the books super fast and used them for courses of my doctorate program. Those two books are a good read for any leader want to develop skills toward Transformational Change

purchased for a course when the bookstore ran out of copies. It's a great book and action guide with easy to read and organized principles if you are looking at Change Management approaches. I also can't say enough about the excellent Amazon deliver - I needed it rush and it was here!

This book puts change management into simple language that is straight forward and easy to understand. It helped me explain a major change management process to a client. I would recommend this as a helpful resource for consultants and other professionals.
