I didn't want to spend too much money so I borrowed the book.

The text is easy to read and it has many images.

I needed this book as a companion to another one for a Master's level class. Judging a book by its cover does not apply here. While its size makes it appear like an easy read, it is packed with relevant and knowledge dense information which makes it a great resource for the psychology of customer buying habits and motivation.My only suggestion is to make it available in an Nook version and Audible version.Good job Mr. Grazing.Ce

Fantastic and k mind opening

My husband needed this book for a class at Ole Miss. The book came in perfect condition and arrived well in time for classes to start and the price can't be beat.

far too concerned with being academic, in my opinion. That equals: many words for simple topics.I like something that ... gets to the point.
