Great customer service!
I was very disappointed when I received my plants as they were mostly dead. But it had a 100% guaranteed card with customer service, so I sent them an email with a picture and my contact information. They emailed back an apology & let me know they were sending replacements and gave me the tracking info.The replacements are beautiful healthy plants.

Poor quality
These plants came in two varieties - 2 plants as pictured in the description (2 colored leaves lime green/hot pink) and 2 single-colored leaves dark green). The 2 plants with 2 colored leaves look healthy and strong while the other 2 plants are practically dead with almost all the leaves shriveled which fell off the plant once I removed them from the packaging. I will not buy any more plants from this vendor.
