My drill kit came with torx but not security torx. This kit is a very useful compliment.

You can never find the right Torx bit when you need to strip down a laptop or games console... It doesn't help that they tend to use 3 or 4 different Torx screws just to keep you on your toes!This Torx bit set was perfect to get what I needed done but they don't feel like they'd last forever and might deform quite quickly, especially if you try to over tighten or loosen. However, for the price, you definitely can't complain, they get the job done.

I only needed one specific size for a job on the car, but it made sense to buy the whole set. The bit held up well and the other sizes have been very handy too.

They stay in my socket pretty well, they aren't magnetized sadly but it doesn't affect me much.They seem to be quite durable, I've used a few of the bits quite a few times now for car work, and they haven't shaved down at all

Purchased yesterday basically for a specific job on my VW Golf R of replacing the camshaft sensor on the intake which requires a 'modified' T40 torx bit to fit my low profile ratchet for access without having to remove unnecessary intake parts. Basically I have to grind flap down the bit holder side and leave enough of the 1/4 inch drive side to still fit satisfactory in my ratchet.Anyway back to the review, these bits are not magnetic enough to hold the torx bolt (if they are magnetic it is very slight and I wouldn't expect a Gauss meter would deflect much from the zero position) and the plastic rubber holder with the sizes printed rub off easily enough with normal handling, noticed mine yesterday and I only have just used it but at least they have the sizes stamped on each of the torx bits and that is where they loose the 1 star from my review.Overall, the quality is fit for purpose for the odd job as I mentioned above, as my 1/4 inch drive bit tools are all Snap-on/Mac Tools & Britool and I didn't want to grind flap down any of these torx bits as the overall size I needed for the fitment for the camshaft sensor replacement makes it difficult to satisfactory fit/remove in my other 1/4 inch drive screwdriver bit holders.Summary of the above, fit for purpose for the price paid & the plastic/rubber torx holder markings will rub off very easily through handling.

The bits were just about magnetic and held a very small piece of metal . They would not get close to holding a Torx screw at allThe whole reason to purchase them was to get a Torx screw undone and lifted up out of a confined hole. Useless total useless
