I bought this water filter 1 year backThey promote in such a way that you will make up your mind to buy it at onceAfter 1 yr of usage the filter candle is leaking and I am unable to use it furtherBuilt in quality is worst, price is high and worst service. Even after paying every year you have to have insurance for it and also keep paying for the agents visitsI will not recommend this to anyone

It will work fine only for 1 year and after that major maintenance cost starts. Parts are not available in the city like Pune. It takes weeks to resolve the issue. Instead of this buy a simple purifier.

No issues since purchase although i purchased from outside, but product is good in terms of water taste and purification
