McKesson 37-2802 Disposable Urinary Drainage Bag with Anti-Reflux Chamber, 2000 Ml

We've had at least four different bags depending on the medical facility. My husband had a tumor removed from his bladder and we had lots of blood clots for the first several days. The bag given to us by the hospital had a smaller exit hole and we actually had trouble draining the bag. We switched to this bag and it is so much easier. I ordered several to have on hand and when he is given one that is difficult to manipulate, I make the switch. It is the best by far.

I’ve been using the bag for overnight collection for over a month. There have been no problems. Easy to connect to foley. Plastic hanger works well to hold the bag during the night. No leakage, easy to empty.

This is def made with better more sturdy plastic than others my husband has used--The valve is also sturdy and I feel there is no chance of it coming apart. I like that the tube at the valve end goes into a little sleeve to keep it from touching the floor and becoming contaminated. I would like to get a leg bag from this company too.

My husband was discharged from his home health and I had to do orders from the supply company myself. I had so many issues and finally turned to Amazon and paid out of pocket for his needs. This urine bag is sturdier and uses much more quality materials in making their bags than other companies. The part that hangs from the bed is very thick plastic and doesn't bend easily and cause the bag to drop. The part that you release to empty the bag has a much better lock that doesn't allow for leakage or make it easy for the drain to fall out and leak on the floor in between times of emptying the bag. We are back with home health now and I am going to beg for this company's bag over the other but will most likely continue to pay out of pocket for it if not bc it just is easier on my busy life having the higher quality materials

We ordered this particular bag because of the access port for flushing purposes. However, after less than 4 weeks of use, the bag leaks at the area around the base of the drainage port. This has happened at least 3 times now.We change out the bag and catheter monthly. It would be nice if the bag could stay intact for at least a month without leaking. We are disappointed.
