Not reliable, constantly shuts down
Absolute torcher, the device shuts down constantly, errors with cover very frequent and there is no solution it’s just randomly stops working and then works again, gadget for such essential purpose like access to water for a cat this product is absolutely not reliable. Waste of money.

Excellent product
very quiet, simple to set up, and delivers phone notifications when water levels are low. I would have give this a better rating if not for the fact that the filters are not available in UAE and no alternatives are available online

Great idea bad execution
I’ve been using this device for almost a year now. Its ok at best. The issue i’m having is that it keeps disconnecting and showing a water pump error. I cannot figure out why. This will happen a few times per month. I don’t recommend buying this device.
