I purchased these to use in transferring applique designs from a book to tracing paper to the background fabric. In the past I have used regular artist tape, but found it sometimes was less than kind to delicate tracing paper. This Washi tape is just sticky enough to prevent things from sliding around, but not so sticky that it tears the paper when I am finished. It also adheres nicely to the background fabric. I can reuse one small piece about 4 times. Depending upon the size of the design, I can manage a whole transfer with about 4 pieces of tape. I also love the colorful designs, which make the tape obvious on my work space. It was easy to tear and cut; really easy to use. A box will last me a good long time. And there is zero likelihood that my new tape will go walk about in someone else's hands because it is pretty.

I was not expecting much but oh my God!! These are so cute!! Exactly what I was looking for and I don't think I read the description well so I was totally surprised by how many rolls came in for the price of $14!! If you are someone who has bought actual Chinese or Japanese washi tape you would know that colors aren't bright, as one reviewer pointed out. I also saw complaints about the size but honestly, this is a reasonable size for washi tapes, there also seems to be enough and the quality of the paper is great. Washi tapes are supposed to be dull so idk what the concern is from other people...in any case, you won't regret getting this set, I also got it super fast through prime. Bought on Friday and was ready for pick up on Sunday!! I will certainly have so much fun using these in my bullet journal and small craft projects!!

Very nice set with varied patterns. My son (almost 6) and I have been using these in crafting and they were a prominent feature of his handmade valentine day cards. The thickness/sheerness/stickiness is standard as far as washi tapes I've used. I would definitely buy this set again as we start to use up the rolls.

I actually had to find a way for people at work to stop stealing my favorite pens! So I used them like this to be able to distinguish my pens. The quality is amazing, the thickness is just right in order to still fit back inside and the quality of design is great. Patterns are clear, colors are vivid, smooth lines! The adhesive could be a little better though. They are great for the inside of my pens, not so much on things I have to use often.

These are really cute tapes - the prints and colors are lovely although a bit blurry and much more pastel than they should be considering the pics - and it's not just due the vibrancy/light of the computer screen, they are just clearly not as shown. Also not very sticky, but perfectly suitable for journals, planners and the like. These things aside, I'm still happy with them and would have still purchased had they pictured the actual tape you receive - they really are very pretty, just expect less color and detail. The tape is made in China not Japan and the price and quality reflect that, so adjust your expectations and you will not regret buying. The packaging is particularly beautiful.

These washi tapes are lovely. A lot of "washi" tape that is sold, is really "craft tape," not made with the same paper as good Japanese masking (washi) tape. This set is wonderful. The designs are pretty and the product is consistent from the beginning to the end of each roll. I am a fan

The Kyoto Series Masking Washi Tape is useful and beautiful! I even shared some with my daughter. I use them to mask off watercolor cards, identify my pens and brushes, and for wrapping small gifts. Just looking at them on my art table makes me happy! Silly, but true in this new Covid-careful world right now.
