This is a scam! DO NOT BUY!!!!
Sending samples is very difficult to collect. They will send an email saying they can’t your samples making you resend blood samples which is already difficult to collect as they do not provide the proper tools to collect blood samples. This product is not worth the price just to check a few allergens. Do not buy!

Finger prick collection can be tough for us wimps
I didn't anticipate the finger prick being so difficult but actually looking at the amount of blood we had to collect and the five circles that needed to be filled with blood was enough to make me very squeamish. I am not normally needle shy and I am able to do constant lab tests with no problem but the visual on this was really difficult for me. I was finally able to get up enough courage with the help of a family member to allow him to do the tough parts while I looked away but for some of us weaker people, it may be a two person job if you're not able to collect your own blood samples easily.I experienced some frustration in that some of the instructions were incredibly clear and easy, while other questions weren't answered at all. I thought that the first part was more than clearly explained with the helpful step by step instructions. There is also an app and website that are equally helpful and give many answers.I was surprised, then, that other questions were totally unanswered but Everlywell's customer service was so good and quick that I am still giving this five stars because they replied very rapidly to my questions and fixed the issues I was having. My only other concern was to register this test, more information was required from the participant than I felt comfortable divulging. The company promises to keep most test information confidential, except as required by law, but I would still prefer that they gather less information. I don't see why they need to know as much information as they are asking. It is likely harmless and only to help their accuracy and database, but I wish there were a way to "opt out" and still register the test while providing only your e-mail and name.

Unsure about accuracy
I am not sure about accuracy and it may be recommended to see an allergist for better results.

Waste of $
I bought this already knowing I’ve tested positive to at least one of the foods on the list. I purchased this to see if there were any more culprits to my issues. The results said I had an intolerance/sensitivity to none of the items on the list. Very highly unlikely! What a waste. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Very helpful and useful food allergy test
I love this Everly well, food allergy test. It test for the most common food allergies. And showed me just how sensitive I am on a scale to each one. And it shows on the website once you login with your profile where the threshold is between being allergic and not being allergic. And it shows how close your numbers are to that threshold. Which is something that I really liked seeing the visual of that I don’t see with standard Allergy testing at a doctors office. I like seeing how low I was on the scale for certain allergens, and how high I was on the scale, and how close I was to the threshold line to being considered allergic to food. I thought this test was very informative and helpful and useful and now I know what foods I can and cannot eat. I would highly recommend this Everly well test to anybody who is curious if they are allergic to anything in the most common foods

A bit pricey for the lesser option
There are apparently different levels of this test. Turns out the one you get for 120 bucks is the one with only five spots for blood collection, and a much more limited set of tests.I've no idea what the ones run with so many MORE test options, since some of these had like 15 or 20 blood collection spots on the cards. If this was 120, those must be really prohibitive. But this does the basics.I don't have any known allergies to foods, but thought it would be interesting to try anyway just in case over the years I had something my body didn't react well to anymore and I was not aware of it.They include everything you need, and simple instructions that are easy to follow. Two lancets (only needed one), the alcohol to wipe first, even a bandaid for afterwards. They clearly demonstrate the way you have to apply the blood sample. You take the test after using a smartphone to scan the QR code and register this. They asked for FAR more information than I felt was at all necessary for this though, so I was not at all impressed with the level of information gathering. They claim they won't sell it, we'll see. Invariably after doing something like this my mailboxes start getting more filled with spam.Mailed it off in the included envelope and shipping label.I was impressed - I mailed it out on a Monday afternoon, they received it that Wednesday afternoon. I had results by that Sunday. So in reality they had two business days and a Saturday to complete my tests and get the data into the system for me to retrieve online. As assumed, no allergies at all detected. So while I wish this had been one of their more advanced tests (and I still wonder how much more that test involves then, what it can find, and the cost) I have to say I was impressed with the speed of the results and the ease of interpretation. They also allow you to download it as a PDF for keeping.

Included lancets are bad quality
I would not recommend this test, I would recommend allergy testing from a doctor. Also, the included lancets were horrible quality and difficult to use, had pain in one of my fingers for months. not sure if something broke off or it hit bone or what it did. I don't think regular blood sugar lancets would work, you need a lot of blood for collection.
