Tried the product to see if the results woud look like the ad. Surprise.....not a spot of improvement. I was so disappointed.

Not what it appears to be.
The media could not be loaded. It is the smallest bottle I could have ever imagined. It's a joke. The sponge is so small it's ridiculous. As well as the microfiber cloth. You can't do an entire compact car with the contents of the bottle.

Biggest rip off
First of all, I strongly believe the product is some sort of diluted plain car wash and worst of all the bottle looks big in the ad but is really not bigger than the palm of your hand. Looks like a Wish product.
