Although these coffees have awesome health benefits, it gave me severe headache so keep it in mind that this could be one of the side effects.

I drink 2 to 4 of these per day when I'm working. I work 6pm to 6am. It tastes better than brewed coffee, with no bitterness at all. My mind is clearer and sharper, even after lunch, which usually makes me want to take a nap at 1am.

So, this one says it comes with Think and Stay Awake. But I actually received Think and Defend. However, I really liked Defend, and even though it would be nice if the images were respective of what you're being sent, the coffee itself is fantastic. Earthy, but still coffee, and has lots of benefits that regular coffee doesn't. I also love this for traveling. I've been using Four Sigmatic products for a long time, and really enjoyed this selection, as well.

Convenient for daily health routine. I add it to my coffee pods each morning. Not cheap but neither is illness. ‘Rooms have awesome health benefits!

I'm a big coffee lover, and always drawn to things new and unique, so the idea of a "mushroom" coffee, with unique flavor and added mental and physical benefits was a draw that proved successful.I'd STRONGLY suggest that Coffee Lovers everywhere check this (and related) products out. It will probably not replace your standard morning cup o' Joe, but you owe it to yourself to have a box or two on hand to 'mix it up' from time to time!!
