Q: whats the difference between this and saline enema?

This one filled with glycerin, not salt. It causes much quicker and powerful effect.

Q: Is the liquid inside vegetable glycerin?

The veg glycerin is the liquid... which works quite well. Being anemic and needing to take iron supplements, this is a lifesaver. It works for me in about 10 - 15 minutes tops. Don't strain, just bring a good book to the bathroom and relax!

Lying down is the issue. In bed should be fine.
