Good devise.

This pad is great, it's very convenient because it has two ways to connect it: wall adapter or via USB-A.The pad also has multiple Velcro straps, so it's very easy to use on any part of your body, really. I use it on my knees.One thing to note is that after four weeks of using it daily, this red light therapy hasn't worked for me at all. I don't feel any difference, the pain, and limited mobility on my knees still remain.HOWEVER, this is not the product's fault. The pad works perfectly without any issues whatsoever.As far as the product goes, I'm very happy with it :)

This item did not hold up. after 6 weeks of use the lights start to go out and the power chord starts to fall apart. The seller says there is a warranty but did not live up to that.

No complaints, but not super strong

There’s no pause button to being a mom. My job is 24/7 so you can imagine my aches and pains. This therapy belt targeted all my pains from my neck to my back. I went to see a chiropractor but I couldn’t continue to afford the payments then someone suggested the red light therapy belt. Besides relieving muscle pain it’s also helps repair the skin and can be used after a work out to melt excess fat. I always forget I shouldn’t use it for more than 20 mins at a time so I’m happy it has a timer shut off feature. The best part is if I have to step out of my house for any reason no one can tell I’m wearing it!Came beautifully packaged

Easy to use. Looks exactly as the sellers photos. Not sure how well it works for pain relief. I’ll continue to use it and update if needed.

Based on your target area, a treatment consists of 20 minutes, where you have the option to choose from full red light therapy, a mix of red and infrared blue, or just infrared.This product comes with the red light therapy pad, along with a charging adapter, and an adapter that allows you to use this on the go, if you have a power bank. While a power bank is not included, the design of the pad is made to hold a power bank, making it convenient to use on the go or walking around.Each treatment is 20 minutes, with an auto timer that shuts it off after your 20 minute treatment is complete.I think this is a great product, as it has the ability to not only relieve pain and inflammation, but it also works to increase your collagen levels, as well as fat burning.I have been using this on my knee for inflammation and joint relief, and also on my abdomen to see if it really does increase your cell’s rate of burning fat.A few downsides worth noting:• It does not come with a power bank.• The red light therapy pad has straps, but they are somewhat confusing when trying to wrap around your body. It seems like they should be going in the reverse direction.• While this has numerous settings and abilities, all function off of a single button, making it a bit confusing.• Along these same lines, while it has the ability to do red light therapy, a mix of both, or solely blue infrared light therapy, it does not explain what each type should be used for to maximize your benefits. I found this particularly odd, as I personally don’t know the difference between the treatment options.• Lastly, it requires using this belt twice a day (on each body part you are treating), for 20 minutes per session. Along with this, you must keep up this treatment plan for atleast a consecutive 4-6 weeks. This is incredibly time consuming, and worth noting prior to purchasing.Overall, I will continue usage to see if I can benefit from this red light therapy treatment. I would recommend it to a friend, after noting all of the above concerns to think about prior to starting/purchasing.

My friend has a lot of pain. I keep trying to find products that will help. This one helped with her pain. She uses it specifically after work to help with being at the desk all day.
