This small book makes you want to get out in the areas of Southern Oregon looking for those lost and worked mines. It keeps you reading and looking forward to each new chapter and the characters that made gold mining in Oregon famous. You will enjoy this book.

This book goes right hand in hand with his other book about Gold Mining and miners stores, focusing on the Oregon area. Some great stories heard in parts before but never before in full context (for me anyway). A fun and easy reading book.
