I added fresh batteries & pressed power a few times. It just doesn't work

My son loves this. It’s been dropped 100 times and still works. Also takes up minimal space and does in his backpack easily for timing on the go.

I got this to time how fast I can solve a Rubik's cube, and it works very well. Much cheaper than a stackmat timer and just as functional. It does feel a little cheaply made though.

Surprisingly durable!

My son just bought the timer 2 days ago, he was excited because of course it arrived the next day, he looked for batteries immediately to use it and by surprise it didn't turn on, I told his father I would go buy new batteries, maybe the ones we have don't work, but how It was already late, he had to wait the next day, when we finally brought new batteries, we put them in the device and nothing, it didn't turn on, it doesn't work. Now I come to see the reviews and I realize that the same thing has happened to them, if I had read before, I would have told my son not to buy.
