Soy Milk Powder (Instant), 20 oz by Now Foods (Pack of 2)

This is not going to taste like a thick, creamy glass of cow's milk. Nor will it clog your arteries. It is as presented: simply good shelf-stable soy milk powder. I take soy to help with menopause symptoms and it really helps. This is a great product to keep around if you can't get to the grocery store or camping, to keep some at work to use as coffee creamer, etc. If you are going to mix this, you can use slightly warm water to make a container to put in your fridge. Shake/mix well and then put in the fridge to slowly cool. It should mix better and stay better. I add a tinge of maple syrup and it's very good as a straight glass of soy milk!

Substitute for pre made milk. Lower footprint for environment and, because I can make up a small portion as needed, there is no spoilage.

This is a very dry powder with no flavor to speak of. It has less flavor than tofu. I use it in baked goods to add protein. Also I have a canister of three powders combined (coconut, oat, and this one) and use the mixture with hot water to make hot creamy drinks. I find that this powder mixes best if I add just a little liquid and stir then once it’s dissolved I add the rest of the liquid.

As soymilk, this isn't very good; it has an off, grainy flavor and smell, even overpowering in coffee.On the other hand, it does disolve okay, and adds a creamy texture to smoothies. So I may be able to use it up before it goes rancid.

Great value but Amazon no longer sells this. Stop bowing to Big Pharma and sell foods that have proven health benefits

I've bought this before. I was wasting money on buying the liquid form in containers, then not using it before it spoiled. This powdered form is long lasting and works fine for me.

I was so disappointed. I had hoped to use this camping but the taste is too awful. Ive never tasted any unsweetened soy milk that had that bad of a taste. I would rather not use any milk at all than use this nasty stuff. It's hard to get it to dissolve and I tried hot and cold water. It separates in the refrigerator if you try to prepare it ahead of time. It's expensive and the expiration date is so soon I'd never be able to use it all before it goes bad. Sorry I wasted my money and time.

I pre make ice coffee with instant coffee, powdered chocolate, and this. Add water/ice to protein shake container… boom easy for traveling!! Saves me $9 a drink at a coffee shop.
