I like the ease of use with the roll-on feature that glides on easily. It is a small quantity for the cost, butI feel that it helps with headaches and muscle pains so I have bought it several times. The expiration datesare not very long. I don't know if it is because of the ingredients or that they don't sell very fast and thestock is not current.

I like that it really worked for me. It's best though if you use it at the onset of your headache then within minutes it starts releaving the tensions and the headache slowly disappears. It feels really cool and soothing at the first touch. I rolled mine over my forehead and temples then sat back and let it's magic work. The only thing I don't like is if you wait until you have a full blown headache you do have to reapply it a few more times to get your relief. Other than that I would highly recommend this product and it comes in a pretty little pouch. I carry mine in my purse at all times so I always have it close by.

This is great, I suffer from regular migraines and have found peppermint oil to help. I like that this one has a metal roller ball, but I wish it also had a metal bottle because the last one I purchased of a different brand broke in my purse. The upside to that was any time I felt a migraine coming on I could just open my purse and inhale deeply. LOL. The reason for 4 stars is because it was not as strong as I prefer, the scent is actually very mild.

I have the other Amazon brand that I love and bring with my EVERYWHERE, but I lost it, so I bought this one because the other item was out of stock and I was getting these pesky headaches and needed one asap!!But the performance was no where near. It is too diluted, I don't smell or feel the tingly sensation. I rub a ridiculous amount onto my temples, forehead, EVERYWHERE, and it doesn't do anything for me at all.Some people might like it if they prefer a milder smell and sensation, but not for me :(

I love the scent and it does seem to really help with my occasional headaches! I bought it a month ago and it's very calming and helps with headaches. Highly recommend.

Not effective. Product contains more almond oil which covers the natural oil. You are encouraged to return the headache be gone if you are dissatisfied; however, this company only sends out your returned bottles to some other buyer. I know. Because this bottle and the Immunity Essential Oils (also not effective) were not sealed when they arrived. Very unethical company practice.

Half the reviews seem to be singing praises and the others seemed to be less than satisfied. I hoped for the best when I ordered. I am sad to say I have to join the less than satisfied group. I can hardly smell this product. I keep trying it hoping that if I sit quiet enough and still enough and focus hard enough the aromas will help my headache, but no such luck this week. I no longer live in a large enough town to have a good selection without going online to order.

I didn't really expect this to work for me, as I've tried essential oils for my headaches before. I was pleasantly surprised when it did! It also came with a pretty bag to store it in! I let a co-worker try it out, and it worked so well for her that she bought some, too!
