Tge manual was written by someone who doesn’t know English or the parts of the toolThey point to a number called shaft it’s the polish pad and numbers are in the drawing of parts but not in the listing of parts.I hope the tool is much better then the manual !!!

VERY DIFFICULT TO REMOVE THE BATTERY TO CHARGE IT. THE POSITION OF THE BUTTONS ARE SO THAT YOU ALMOST NEED TO HANDS TO DO IT. MORE IMPORTANTLY, THE IDEA IS GREAT AND THE PIECE OF EQUIPMENT SEEMS FINE HOWEVER, AS SOON AS I PUT A PAD ON, AND START THE POLISH the pad disintegrates.. Not only that where do you find the pads that are good?

This is a great tool for detailing and areas hard to get too. I've had this for a month now and my favorite is using it to polish the headlights. The tool pretty much comes with everything you need, aside from the polish. The battery life is pretty good plus the second battery makes it so much better, I can continue using the tool while the other battery is charging. It's so easy to use I don't have to mask anything because of how agile and nimble it is to use in small tight places. I definitely recommend this tool for detailers and DIY alike due to its easy of use, my opinion is that anyone can use it.

I was very skeptical to buy this product, and I'm glad I did.... this tool has the power and all the attachments you need to Paint correct, buff and polish with ease! I had serious issues with the Plastic trim work in and out of car, plastic chrome needed to be polished, exterior paint scratches and correction was done, even some lite windows scratches were removed! Tail lights/ Drivers lights etc! This tool did it all, and still had the second battery fully charge, the first battery I was running on the 5th speed setting and it gave me 45 minutes of run time! I was really blown away! Beginners or pros, you won't be disappointed!
