Product came in a package but when I got the case it had a few scratches already in the screen but there hardly noticeable. The case itself is well built and sturdy. It's not as thick as some cases are for the protection actually much thinner than the last case I had and the finger print scan slot is great. Some cases for this phone make it impossible to use fingerprint but this one works well. Word to the new owners please make sure everything is cleaned well before install cause it's really hard to get off your phone

I have used it for several weeks. I just wanted to see if the screen cover would hold up and not scratch. It has held up as good as the LifeProof I had my Samsung in before. All the buttons and the charging port including the stylus are easy to get at. I really like the cut in for the on screen button. Makes it easy to figure what way the phone is orientated. The kick stand works very well. So I do not understand those folks that had trouble with this case. Maybe they had the wrong model phone. I think this case is right up there with LifeProof and OtterBox. And a whole lot cheeper 47.01 less these days save where one can. Wish they could offer a waterproof model but I understand cost and market share. I believe unless I throw my phone in the lake or a toilet it is very safe inside this case.

Seems sturdy. I haven't dropped it, so I can't say how it would hold up to that. The cover to keep dust out of the charger fits firmly. I love the raised volume button... A feature that is flat on the phone itself that I didn't care for. It really helps. The screen cover doesn't hinder screen use at all, it's wonderful! The frame feels very sturdy and fits the phone perfectly! I like that the cover can go on the phone multiple ways unlike other similar cases I've had. At this point, I would highly recommend this case for this phone model!

Cell phone cases seem to be a rocket shot these days. You never know if what you order is gonna fit or not and be what the manufacturer says. Look no more! This case is the real deal. Just got it. Watched the 60 second video on take apart/put back and bam! This thing is a solid piece of armor. Very pleased. Well done SupCase.

Perfect fit and seems very sturdy

I like the shape of it A little difficult to put it together. Note case is hard as a rock, if you drop it on the floor there's not gonna be any Cushing, I can't believe it's so hard I'm gonna give it back and get a silicon Protector.

Holster broke on second day wearing it was sitting down and it got caught on the arm of the chair and snapped into two very disappointing have had holster clips like this that lasted multiple years

It's really sturdy, looks good & heavy duty but it's too big & cumbersome for me. How do I return it.
