great decision to buy. resolved issue of getting clean water (i seemed to have black sticky bitumin in my tap water as seen left at bottom of a distiller), which i think is very important to stay hydrated (plus easy water of different temperatures is great altho does have some slight residue from inside i think, so not perfect tho seems it). does need refilling a lot to get the water but that is fine/worth it. does 400ml at a time so got "mammoth" glasses for that reason. with reverse osmosis be careful to get minerals from eg vegetables eg magnesium spray/epsom salt.

Machine arrived and I quickly noticed it never went into “rest mode” the screen was constantly on. Regardless I continued using the machine and it seemed fine other than that until today. 5 months after it arrived with light use the machine just died and never powered up again. Now I have a machine with a full internal tank to return to Amazon before I can get a refund. Sending this back is going to be awkward and costly due to it weighing so much with the internal tank full of water there is no way to drain the machine when it’s not functioning. Would not recommend.

It does purify the water, but it produces a lot of undrinkable waste water. The 100 degrees water also doesn’t reach that temperature.

The LG osmose purifier is really good. We can drink tasty water every day.

This is not truly from the LG that we know. It doesnt come with the UK standard plug. How am I suppose use the unit??Screen wouldn't turn off to rest, i have left it for a day to test it.The User manual is too simple serious lag of information.The water rejection is too much. I would say its about 3:1 from every 3 little you put in u get 1 little of unwanted water. Is that always the case for the same kind of these filtration system? This is the first product of this kind i tried.Seller does not response to questions worst!

Beautifully made filter, unfortunately the filter only worked for 5 months. After this period, it started showing an error and stopped working. Unfortunately, the product did not come with warranty information or where to get it repaired. Money wasted. I do not recommend. The email information provided does not work

You should indicate on your product that this is not a LG company, but LG HEALTH. There are many customers who believe that this is an LG product. I initially thought the same, and I contacted LG customer service regarding this, but they informed me that it is not their brand. Although the brandname of the product makes it appear to be a product of LG Company, it is not actually a product of LG Company.
