My Pixel 4XL stopped charging on this in less than 2 months. Phone charges wirelessly on every other wireless charger. It worked initially, but now it connects, charges for a second, then disconnects, and cycles that way. The blue charging light stays on, adding to the frustration because unless I checked I wouldn't have known it wasn't actually charging.Wish I could return it but of course the window closed. Now it's just a bulky clock.Update : Seller went above and beyond, giving a full refund. Responsive even over the holidays.

Nice touch lighting feature, it’s not fast charging but it works well if you don’t let your phone or AirPod die or get to low on charge.

For the price tag this thing is awful , cheap plastic , it would say it’s charging my phone then I would come back and it’s not charging anymore. I had to take my case off too charge , yes my MagSafe case , you have to install your own watch charger into it . Returned same day!

Overall product works great. We have 2 that we purchased and originally there were no issues. However over time, it seems the charger for the watch seemed to have issues. At first we would just have to move the cord a little or move the charger itself for the watch. However, it’s completely stopped working on both now. When we plug the watch charger cord into a normal outlet (IE- wall), there are no issues. For that reason, I’d give it 3 stars since the watch charger portion no longer works for us.

I take this wireless charger/alarm clock everywhere I travel. It’s very easy to pack in my carryon luggage. I’m a clean freak and like to pack my own personal items for work trips. Since the pandemic, I try to use as much of my own devices at hotels as I can. This has been one of my top 5 travel comforts. It provides a soothing evening glow to my room and I can comfortably set my clean alarm clock and charge all my electronic devices on the deck which includes stations for my iwatch, iPhone, and earbuds!! It even has a USB port to charge my occasional plus 1’s phone!! I highly recommend this, especially for those that travel a lot for business.

Very useful, we bought for gifting to my frndz for house warming - it has multiple light colors yellow purple blue and has Watch alarm clock, can charge Apple ph 13,14,airpod charger, Apple Watch charger, one tap color changing.Very useful for kids room too. I like the most is all my daily things one pointcharging - my watch, my AirPod, my phone, alarm for morning and night light.Good value for money..... am returning it in 15 days of my purchase as the night light starts blinking and the watch charger wire placing is not good it comes out frequently... returning .. dnt buy bad experience .. changed my rating from 5 to 1

READ THE PRODUCT ADD... I made the mistake of assuming that the clock came with a built in watch charger. The add clearly states it does not. However my clock did not come with the charging block that is pictured with the clock. Nor does the add make any mention of one not being included. That being said I'm still keeping the clock because it is definitely useful. It does charge my samsung buds live and samsung phone. My samsung watch is out of luck but I can just fo.d away the watch charger into the clock and use my samsung charger. I travel a lot for work spending more time away from home than actually being home and I love the portable light feature.

Lo compre hace menos de dos meses y ya no funciona la carga inalámbrica ni la alarma!Encima de que tienes que programar diariamente la alarma, a veces esta se desactiva sola y no suena en la mañana. La carga inalámbrica funcionaba sin problemas, ahora tengo que acomodar varias veces el teléfono para que lo cargue y aunque se empiece a cargar a los pocos minutos la carga inalámbrica se apaga sola.ACTUALIZO REVIEW Y SOLUCION: Hace unos días desconecte el despertador para usarlo y cargar otro aparato y note que los puertos de carga estaban negros (como quemados), no me dio confianza cargar nada con eso asi que busque otro cargador. Tire el cargador que me venía y coloque uno para celular con QC 3.0 y sorpresa! desde entonces el despertador esta funcionando sin ningun problema. Desconozco si el cargador venía dañado de fabrica o fue algun corto que tuvo (no hay ningun daño estetico en el exterior, unicamente dentro de los puertos se ve quemado), pero parece que de ahí se originaba el problema. También quiero añadir que el vendedor me hizo un reembolso parcial de la 1/5 de lo que pague por él (200 pesos) sin que yo lo solicitara, lo cual la verdad habla bien de su negocio. Quería compartir mi solucion por si le funciona a alguien más.
