My husband has terrible neck problems but isn’t ready to commit to surgery. I didn’t actually think it would help, but for the price it was worth a try. To our surprise, it really does help! Certainly not a cure if you have degenerative discs, but it does help stretch things out and relieve some pain and pressure. He’d probably say it’s my best Amazon purchase.

Product arrived quickly and is just as pictured. It does not adjust so may be too large for petite people. I will give it some more time but have an increase in neck pain right now

This is a hard, stiff neck stretcher that needs proper insulation in order to do what’s it’s intended to do! Feels like having your neck stretched backwards over a hard sink in a hair salon! Useless!

I wanted to like it but for me the material was very hard & uncomfortable.
