A Must have for CISCO phones if you want to fully utilize the Jabra Pro headset
If you have a CISCO phone and want the Jabra Pro headset to work properly, you have to buy this. It's a mystery to me that why Jabra would not include this in the Jabra Pro itself but thats a different debate.Without this USB adapter, I had to bring the phone off-hook manually, to make a call or to hang it up! The headset was merely a means to "transfer" a call in progress to the headset.After installing this adapter, one can:1. Start a call from the headset itself (without bothering to pick the handset off).2. Hang up a call3. Mute / Un-Mute4. And even get answer an incoming call, directly from the headset (while being away from the phone itself).5. Install is as easy as 1-2-3It does not interfere or change anything with respect to your handset / speakerphone operation of your phone. Plugs into the USB port of your phone and the two RJ-11 jacks plug into your headset-base. And you are up and running.Bottomline, this device should have been included with the Jabra Pro, but it's not. Regardless, its a must have for any one who owns a Jabra Pro desktop headset.

Works great
Arrived on time. Works well with the Cisco 9971 and Jabra Pro wireless headset I use. Occasionally my headset looses connectivity, but I think that's between the Headset and the base. Does a great job!

Is the perfect cable to conect you telephone with your headset so you can answer and end calls with the headset. I think that this piece should come with the headset at the beginning.

Great product and works great
Great product and works great! I only rated it four because I really wish the in-line circuitry was smaller... It can be a bit of a pain on the desk and to hide it under the phone, especially when the user likes the CP-9971 lowered all the way. Works awesome, tho!

Funktioniert
Verbindet mein Jabra Headset einwandfrei mit meinem 8961. Manchmal verliert das Telefon jedoch kurz die Verbindung, das ist jedoch noch nie während eines Telefonats passiert.
