Makes amazing cinnamon apples without adding sugar
I bought this for a recipe but I lost the recipe I used it for initially. Today I made cinnamon apples and trying to not add extra sugar, I used some of this and the apples were amazing. Even my dog thought so!I was curious why it's called "Dressing" , so I asked that question at the company's web site and this is their reply:"I’m informing you that our product “Prelibato” (5 years) is only produced by juice of white grape Trebbiano and is called dressing because to obtain the appellation “Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP” the vinegar must be aged for at least 12 years and it must be produced with a mix of grape Trebbiano and Lambrusco (non only trebbiano).

Overrated
I purchased this due to the extensive, positive reviews, and I like white balsamic as a change from the red balsamic. Unfortunately, I found the taste to be nothing-with-nothing. Actually , in a vinaigrette, it was essentially unnoticeable. Very disappointed and will not in the future pay such a premium price for a worthless addition to my salad dressing.
