Ying's Light and Crispy Batter Mix

This GF batter mix is absolutely delicious on chicken strips or chicken breast. I would recommend salting the meat first and then coating with the batter mix as the batter mix is not salty. Also, coat it when the meat is just about cooked so you can tell when your meat is fully cooked. It's so easy to just sprinkle on & it gives such a great taste. I highly recommend it. Mariano's sells it, but they always keep changing the local of it, so I more frequently buy it via Amazon.

Taste great , Just add 1/2 cup water , 1 tablespoon of oil and fry . Simple and fast . I highly recommend,
