Nars Pro-prime Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base 8g by KWANGJAO

I love this product, but the the listing is actually for the travel sized version. Perhaps it's implied by the price, but nowhere in the listing does it say that it's actually the travel sized version, not the normal full-sized.

Very small and on the box it has clearly marked. SAMPLE-NOT FOR SALE. So be aware before buying. Very expensive for something thats not supposed to be for sale

This is a fantastic product. It holds eyeshadow and liner in place all day. As someone with oily eyelids, I didn't expect it to work but, I was pleasantly surprised. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

Sort of works, other than when eyes very wet. Careful not to spread it on finely wrinkled areas though, it makes them look worse!
