Great customer support
I got these and didn’t use them for over a month. My first try using two of them, they didn’t light. No fluid in them. I tried the other three and perfect. I tried to return but was past the window so I emailed the company and without any hesitation the reimbursed me for the two that did not work. Great service and fast responses alone got this 5 stars, but the lighters (when filled) work great!

One of the few that ship out continental US
I use this refillable lighter to light my Paulo Santo sticks and sage. You can change the strength of the flame to make it stronger. It's much more portable than those torches, although not as strong, it's a good substitute.

The true test will be if these lighters will last or if they will die quickly... HOWEVER I am impressed with these lighters. They are durable, have a slight rubber grip and a very large range to customize how much flame you need! So far I'm impressed and will recommend.plus the colors are nice! If they die quickly I shall return with an update! BTW lighters & amazon = slow shipping for whatever excuse I mean reason however these arrived within a few days vs over 5 biz days with a name brand...

Terrible quality
2 of these lighters didn’t work at all when I received them despite being full of fluid. Also the color of the lighter is just a sticker, and there’s sand and other crap stuck underneath.

hard to light
The lighter itself works and described so no complaint there. My son thinks its fine but my problem is that I have a hard time depressing the striker and holding it down is even harder. I think this is great for child safety but a bit much for us old timers. IMO the spring is to large/strong.

You need super human strength to use them.
The button to press down is so stiff I can't light them, my husband has to do it. I hope they loosen up.
