WaterfordLismore 8" x 10" Frame

Is not giftable since there is a slight flaw in crystal in lower right. I gifted it to myself since I have wanted this frame for years for our wedding photo. I doubt anyone else would notice the bubble and it was a fraction of the cost. I have children so if one day my adult crystal comes crashing down I won't cringe too much. Seller did specially email me to double check the damaged gift box would not be an issue. It was noted in the description but they went out of their way to confirm so I believe they were not aware of the very small imperfection on the crystal itself. Packaging was good, seller communication excellent and I'm delighted with my crystal frame and its discounted price.

I purchased this frame from Blarney Loft at Amazon as a gift. There are two parts of this review:1) Customer Service: The customer service I received from Blarney Loft was excellent. They responded my inquires promptly and resolved the problems I had in a timely fashion: The original frame I received had a crack, and they shipped the replacement right away and wrapped it with extra protections.2) The frame itself: It's a beautiful frame, and it looks very nice in our living room. However, if you look closely at the frame it is not perfect. The original frame I received had a crack, which I suspect that it was damaged during shipping. I contacted the seller, whom promptly initiated the return. The second frame I received has a couple air bubbles in the frame. One of the edge of the frame is also not smooth but has a bump. However, they are small enough that they are not that noticeable unless you are staring at them. I debated whether to return it or not, but decided to keep it (It's still a hassle to return stuff, and I was worried that the frames would just be imperfect in general so the next frame we would receive would have similar issues).

We received one of these as a wedding gift seven years ago, and it has become a go-to as a gift for special people on a special occasion. It is a stunning frame that is classic and timeless and blends with nearly all decor. Ours has survived four moves, two cats, a puppy, and a toddler without so much as a chip--while it's never been dropped outright, it has been knocked over a few times. The one issue we've had is that with the frame's heft, the backing has warped a bit over time. This has not affected the frame's ability to stand upright or hold photos securely, but we now display it in locations where you do not see the back (not difficult to do).

Bride loved the frame. She it was the only frame they got large enough for their favorite wedding photo.

I was very impressed with the packaging of the frame. Made a great impression as a wedding gift and only 1 of 2 gifts received, the rest was cards/money. So I hope this will be a gift that will last a lifetime of there wedding day.

This is a good quality frame. But as the title says its very heavy; but that's good quality crystal.I got it as gift for my husband for Father's day from my kids.I put a 8X10 collage inside and wrapped it.My plan to put it on the mantle backfired since its too heavy.

Great product and a reasonable price. It arrived sooner than I had expected but I was a little disappointed with the packaging. There was not much for padding in the box it was shipped in and could easily slide around. I would have thought that Waterford Crystal would have been packaged so there was little to no movement possible. Thank goodness the Waterford box was heavy duty or the frame would have probably been broken.

The frames were perfect, but as they were bought as gifts, I was very disappointed to receive them with damaged packaging.
