The sofa is not comfortable at all! It’s very firm and short! It’s good for display only.

This seems to be a very well designed sleeper sofa. It is firm, so if you are looking for a cushy sofa, this might not be the sofa for you, however, I LIKE the firmness of it AND it's BEAUTIFUL!! Even more beautiful than the pictures. It also came early, delivered directly to my 4th floor apartment. Yes, I would say I am BEYOND pleased. It is a BEAUTIFUL addition to my tiny studio apartment.

Works well so far, for the price it can’t really be beat.

Bought it because of the Amazon reviews, but after receiving it and finding the Walmart invoice on the box, found that it would have been over $150 cheaper to order from walmart.com. It's super uncomfortable as both a sofa and a guest bed. Most of the elasticity of the cushion is provided by metal wires suspended by springs, like what holds up the foam mattress in college dorm bunk bed. For the first three weeks it was just super firm -- the foam cushioning was very tough and uncomfortable. After three weeks, the foam became very soft and we're just sitting on the metal that holds it up, which is even more uncomfortable. There are three specific spots you have to sit in, otherwise it feels like you're sitting on a taut metal wire (because you are sitting on a taut metal wire). Guests hate sleeping on it. When you put the top down to turn it into a futon bed, you still need to sleep on the seat part because there's another metal bar at the boundary between the seat and back which hurts to lay on. The material also makes people sweat, although not as badly as leather would.

As a sofa it looks very elegant in a living room. However, it's not a sofa, it's a futon which only has about a 2" foam padding over plywood. It's hard when you seat on and even worst when you sleep on. and not much room for 2 adults. I ordered it as a Sofa Sleeper for guests. Both my husband and I liked the look, the color and we thought, as it said, it was a real sofa where you pull the mattress or foam out for sleeping. It was a big disappointment to find out it's a futon and not comfortable . I had to return it and was glad I had ordered it from Amazon with their A to Z guarantee.

I got this sofa from Walmart, much cheaper. It looks nice in the room, it is pretty stiff, I like supportive furniture, but it is a little bit stiff even for me.But saying all this I wouldn't give three stars, if it wouldn't be that it is a sleeper sofa and this option is horrible.When you lower the back for somebody to slip on - you are getting very hard piece in the middle of the sofa, which is extremely uncomfortable.I kept this sofa, because I mostly use it for sitting and I did not wanted to go with a hassle of return, but in addition to buying sofa, I have to get thick padding for somebody to slip on it.

Smaller than appears. Not real comfortable. Cost more than if I had purchased it direct. Would not buy here again
