I love these shakes!
Initially, I received these shakes from someone on the nutrisystem plan that wasn't interested in trying them. I tried one and really didn't think much of it, other than it tasted great. I was stunned how filling they are and how they really do keep me satisfied for a long period of time! My favorite way to prepare it is with lots of ice and minimal water and blend in blender so it is very much the consistency of a milkshake. It is also excellent with a few berries blended into the shake.

I’m not a fan of vanilla and have been disappointed in weight loss shakes in general but I must say I am impressed. The vanilla shake smells good and tastes good. And it also does suppress your appetite.
