I liked it very much when worked it would help me lose weight. All of a sudden the switch stopped working.

This is my first time trying any type of light therapy product and I'm pretty happy so far with the results. I’ve been using it after my workouts as a way for an extra exercise boost and prevent any muscle aches and pains in my abs and back. After only a week of use, I’ve noticed a big difference in how I feel. I have less back strain and my abs seem tighter, like I'm less bloated. I think it’s improving my posture because when I’m wearing it I’m keeping my spine straighter. I started with the lowest setting and I’m gradually working my way up. The instructional booklet gives tips on what level and how long you should use the belt daily. The remote was easy to figure out and I had no power issues. After I set my preferred time and strength, the belt stops automatically. I felt very comfortable wearing it too, some workout belts feel itchy, but this wasn’t harsh on my skin at all. You may need a longer cord while using, so I did plug with an extension cord. Overall, highly recommend.

There is so much to say about this that is good, but I'll let the advertising speak for itself. It's all, more or less true (and I meant that in a TOTAL positive way). Highly recommend this product for it's construction and ease of use.The only negative thing I'm experiencing (I'll get it out of the way) is the controller. When I plug it in now, it doesn't produce the OFF. It just produces random lines that change once a second on the LED screen. I literally have to unplug the round adapter to cut power in JUST the right way to get it to work. The belt still works without the controller, but I lose the lower light settings and the timer. Anyway, I can get a replacement for it? And full disclosure, it started doing this just before October. Please and thank you. If need be, I can upload a video but didn't want to right away.The belly fat thing is actually a real thing but don't rely on it. Just like everything else, good choices, and getting up once in a while is important. But I do notice a slimming. My wife has an auto inflammatory condition that I've found does help to a degree (wasn't meant to be a cure of course). I have ADHD an incredibly annoying essential termer. I found that wearing the hat regularly at not helps me focus the next day. I know from studies it helps strengthen the triggering of the sleep cycle (Melatonin release) so I'm sleeping better which is probably why.The oddest but most satisfying discovery was a possible cure for the hangover (this is my own nonclinical opinion of course). Actually, it makes sense and here is why. The red light penetrates into the mitochondria in the cell AND those that are free flowing through the blood stream. The RL therapy helps significantly in recharge them AND with detoxify mitochondria. The alcohol that gets absorbed into the cell is absorbed into the mitochondria which interferes with the 'chain of events' that produces the power needed by the cell. The light actually energizes a part of that 'chain' that helps to break down the toxins in the mitochondria allowing it to get back to work. You have the highest concentration of mitochondria in your brain so when you have a minor/massive hangover and everyone tells you your dehydrated, they are kind of right. Water is replaced, veins are constricted, mitochondria are shut down, and thus the brain can't function. The light therapy stimulates the veins to dilate, stimulates vein growth, too. There are even studies that show it helps with conditions like Parkerson's disease (not my own words. Look it up).Even found it helps my gut. It really has made a difference in my health from that standpoint (especially after a night of drinking). Gut health is SOOO important for your entire body to function properly including hormone production (talking about the other 48 you don't know about).With all that being said, the product itself: say it's as good as the day I got it (besides the controller). Very well made, the Velcro is holding up surprising well (need to clean it a few times; cat / dog hair). Other then that, I recommend it.

My red light therapy belt was delivered at the perfect time. I came home after a long day with clients and my back had been so sore. I put the belt on for 20 minutes and have been using it every day since. It’s been almost a week now and I have not had any back pain. I felt like my tight muscles had relaxed to the point where I could get a really deep stretch and have even more relief. The belt is easy to use and versatile. It’s large enough that you could wrap it around your waist or shoulders and it secures with velcro to stay in place. You could also lay it out flat to place on or underneath you. The heat is warm and soothing. The different settings are explained in the user guide it comes with. I will definitely recommend for my own therapy clients as part of their self-care regimen.

I received this product and when I plugged it in it would only stay on for 5 seconds and then wound not work again. I emailed their product support listed in the enclosed manual and would only refer me back to Amazon.
